REGULATIONS of the accommodation facility Gościniec Skwierzyna
The management of the facility will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these rules and regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of the stay of all our guests.

  1. The room in the facility is rented by the day.
  2. Check-in time is from 15.00 on the day of arrival to 10.30 on the day of departure.
  3. Payment for the stay in the facility is made at check-in.
  4. If the guest does not specify the duration of his/her stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
  5. Staying in a room after 12.00 p.m. is considered an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room by 5.00 p.m., a charge will be made for no less than half a day.
  6. If the hotel guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should notify the reception desk by 8.00 a.m. on which the room rental period expires.
  7. The facility takes into account requests to extend the stay as far as possible.
  8. The hotel guest may not transfer the room to any other person, including during the rental period.
  9. Persons who are not registered in the facility are allowed to stay in the room between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. In the event of any damage or harm occurring during the stay in the room of a person who is not registered, the facility is not liable. The staff or other authorised persons may take appropriate measures to avoid or increase the damage.
  10. The facility may refuse to accommodate a guest who, during a previous stay, has grossly violated the hotel regulations, causing damage to hotel property or guests or personal injury to guests, employees of the facility or other occupants, or has otherwise disturbed the peace of the hotel.
  11. The facility provides services according to its category and standard. If you have any concerns about the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property; the hotel will charge a fine of PLN 400 for non-compliance.
  13. The facility is required to provide:
  • conditions for complete and unhindered relaxation of the guest
  • security of the stay, including maintaining the secrecy of information about the guest, including personal data
  • professional and courteous service
  • cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs of the facilities in the absence of the guest and in his/her presence only if he/she agrees and wishes to do so
  • if possible, another room or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience if the defects in the room cannot be rectified.
  1. At the guest's request, the facility provides the following services free of charge:
  • providing residence and travel information
  • wake-up call at the appointed time
  • storing money and valuables during the guest's stay in the hotel (if the hotel agrees to such a thing, it must have appropriate protection mechanisms in place)
  • storage of luggage of guests registered in the facility
  1. The facility shall not be liable for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, other things and objects of value or objects of scientific or artistic value.
  2. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.
  3. The Hotel Guest shall be materially liable for any damage to or destruction of objects. equipment and technical devices of the hotel caused by the Guest or his/her visitors.
  4. The guest should notify the reception of the damage as soon as it is discovered.
  5. Each time the guest leaves the room, he or she should check the door lock.
  6. The property reserves the right to make a controlled entry into a room if no contact with the Guest has been possible for 24 hours. A staff member in the presence of another person is then entitled to enter the room.
  7. The premises are quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. During the hours of curfew, visitors are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb other guests.
  8. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar appliances not included in the room equipment in the rooms. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audiovisual and computer equipment.
  9. Personal effects left by the departing guest in the room will be sent back to the address indicated by the guest. In case of disagreement in this regard, the property will keep these items for 3 months.
  10. The hotel guest has the right, for an additional fee, to live in the room with a pet.
  11. It is forbidden to bring onto the premises animals that may pose a threat to human life or health, in particular venomous animals.
  12. The guest bears all financial and legal responsibility for any damage caused by the animal while on the premises
  13. Owners of dogs and other animals are obliged to clean up any waste left by them on the premises and in the surrounding area.
  14. The facility has the right to discontinue an already paid accommodation service if the Hotel Guest
    is disruptive. Interruption of the guest's stay in such a case does not constitute grounds for reimbursement of the amount paid for the stay.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Guests have the right to lodge complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
  2. All complaints are accepted by the Reception of Gościniec Skwierzyna 19a Gorzowska Street Skiwerzyna 66-440 tel 571805451.
  3. A complaint should be lodged as soon as deficiencies in the standard of services are noticed.
  4. Handle the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
